I started my 6 year old son at Immortal Dragon back in September when I signed up during a promotion. At first, my son was nervous and didn't want to go. After the first class, he was BEGGING to come back. I ended up buying his uniform within a week of him starting, because I knew we would be staying. Sensei Scott loves what he does, and it shows in the way he interacts with the kids. He is strict but fair, and only in ways that will benefit the children. The classes are a lot of fun, I enjoy watching them. You can tell by the look on the students' faces that they love being in class, I have never seen an unhappy kid there. Everyone is very friendly, and the students support each other's success. I can already see the difference in my son's confidence and a newfound dedication to karate. I am very happy with Immortal Dragon, and recommend them to anyone looking for a martial arts program for their child.
My son has been going here for the past 2 years not only are they taught discipline they have a fun time.!!
Amazing sensie for all age groups. They make sure you get a workout while having fun and learn new things. Some stuff are a bit hard to learn but they walk you through it and lets you take your time to learn it.
Sensei Scott's classes are fitness focused and also they are fun. He pushes kids to test their limits to make them better person. Karate lessons are offered to both children and adults. His self-defense school is designed to keep students safe and feel more confident.
Great school for children. Sensei Scott works so well with the kids and they respond back just as well. Nice mix of different types of martial arts which helps keep kids interested. Definitely recommend.
Excellent studio for kids to learn some principles.
IDMA places great pride and effort into a complete, thorough yet compassionate learning experience. We go out of our way to attend though there are many other facilities closer to home.

Everyone is friendly & welcoming. My kids & their dad have been training there for about 2.5 years and I recently start training too. It's basically like family there. Andrew Lee's yoga classes are fun and challenging!
I learn so much. This place is the best karate school in the area. You won't be let down.
This martial art teaches you a whole lot level of great techniques and parkour this place is highly recommended by me a student Leo
I have never seen a greater karate school. I have been to many tournaments, since being in this school, and never have done so well in forms, fighting, as well as weapons. Sensei Scott indirectly taught me that it is not the fight in a tournament that makes me a winner, its the mentality going in to the tournament and leaving the tournament.
IDMA is a GREAT karate dojo. We have watched our two sons grow, learn, and transform in every area over the last 3 1/2 years! It is amazing to witness not only their karate techniques improve, but to have them learn the respect of the discipline to pass onto fellow classmates. That has been key for myself and my husband.

Immortal Dragon Martial Arts has offer My son’s physical abilities, particularly coordination and strength have improved significantly. I have seen an increase in their confidence. I also believe that IDMA has contributed to a big positive change in my son’s concentration and behaviour in school. Without question, the key to IDMA success is Sensei Scott an expert in martial arts. His skills are impressive, sometimes astonishing. They bring energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude to each and every class. I feel fortunate to have my 3 boys to learn from him. More importantly, I cannot imagine a better set of male role model for my son's to learn from. I can sum up our experience with IDMA by noting that, in almost 2 year of weekly classes, my son's have never once been less than excited about going to karate.They are always happy to see Sensei Scott, Sensei’s and Sempai’s. I highly recommend IDMA!
IDMA is a good place to go and Sensei Scott is great at what he does, I highly recommend you attend a class to see for yourself.

Both of my kids and my husband attend classes at IDMA. Sensei Scott is great with the kids. My kids are in the Ninja class (for the youngest students) and it's such a fun class where the kids learn a lot! My husband joined the adult class as a beginner about a year ago and loves it, too! I recommend IDMA to everyone!
I have gone to Immortal Dragon for many years. The classes are tough but fun, and each person feels like family. Sensei Scott pushes me every day to work hard, and strive for success. There is skill and talent to be found in everyone, and Immortal Dragon Martial Arts is where you find it.

Immortal Dragon Martial Arts is an excellent school! Sensei Scott is very experienced and knowledgable. His curriculum consists of traditional Shorin-Ryu karate, self-defense, martial arts fitness and Okinawan kobudo (weapons). The diverse array of topics keeps students engaged and excited. I teach the yoga program here. Classes are mixed levels and focus on gentle hatha, vinyasa flow and power yoga. Additionally, I teach my own unique style that combines martial arts and yoga.
My son has been a student at Immortal Dragon for many years and he loves it. Sensei Scott is really great with the kids and is a fantastic instructor. Not only do they teach forms and self-defense, the kids also get to work with a variety of weapons which they really seem to enjoy. If you want a great learning experience AND fun for your child, Immortal Dragon Martial Arts is the place to go. I highly recommend it.
